The enquiry form securely sends the information you provide to Actomed by transactional email. The website does not store enquiry contents in its database. Actomed receives an inbox notification and the address you provide receives a confirmation email.
The prepared email may include your name, professional role, organisation, work email, optional phone number, service region, product interest, enquiry type and message.
Do not include patient names, clinical records or identifiable health information. The enquiry route is not designed to collect special-category health data.
Actomed uses Postmark to transmit the inbox notification and confirmation email. Postmark processes the submitted details only as needed to provide that email-delivery service.
